SAMPLE DATA
A long season, and no two nights alike
Baseball doesn’t live on one big derby a month. It lives on dozens of home games in a row, with midweek series and weekend series. A Saturday against the old rival sells itself. A Tuesday in May needs a reason for a family to come out to the ballpark.
That is why baseball stadium ticketing has to look at the whole season: which games are running hot, which are running cold, and which lever to pull for each one. This is what the calendar looks like when every home game is coloured by demand.

Price per game, not per season
With one flat price, Saturday is underpriced and Tuesday is half empty. In Bigger Picture every game has its own pricing rules: by opponent, weekday, zone, channel and promotion night. On top of those rules, automatic pricing follows demand within the limits you set, with a floor and a ceiling for each zone.
| Game | Sample rule |
|---|---|
| Saturday against the old rival | Demand-based pricing in the lower bowl, with a ceiling |
| Friday fireworks night | Special price with a drink combo included |
| Tuesday, short series | Two-for-one in the outfield and a discounted family pack |
| Family Sunday | Kids’ ticket and kids’ zone wristband |
Promotions apply the same way on the web, in the app and at the box office, and every one is measured: how many tickets it moved, what that crowd spent on food and whether they came back for the next game. Student, senior and resident discounts are also set per game.
Ask the season a question
The AI data assistant is part of the analytics module. It answers plain-language questions about sales, attendance and capacity, game by game or series by series. Nobody has to build a report to find out which Tuesday is running soft.
- Spots the midweek games that are behind their sales pace, while there is still time.
- Compares promotions, opponents and weekdays using your own season’s data.
- Recommends a price change or a promotion, and you decide whether it goes live.

Which weekday games need a promotion?
AnswerThree Tuesday-to-Thursday games are below 45% occupancy with ten days to go.
Tue 1238%
Wed 1341%
Thu 2144%
Which promotion worked best on Tuesdays this season?
RecommendationTwo-for-one outfield seats with a hot dog combo sold more than a plain discount, and that crowd spent more on food. I suggest running it on Tuesday the 12th, capped at 800 tickets.

Families, groups and birthday parties
A big share of the baseball crowd arrives in groups. Bigger Picture already runs family packs, group sales and birthday parties for attractions and family entertainment centres. At the ballpark they work the same way, on the same ticket inventory.
Family packs
Adult and kids’ tickets, a food combo and the kids’ zone, at one price and in one purchase.
Groups and companies
Companies and associations book blocks of seats, with their own allocation and group price.
Birthdays at the ballpark
A booked party with tickets, space and a menu, sold as one more product.
Kids’ zone as an add-on
Inflatables, games and attractions inside the ballpark, with a wristband or time slot, sold with the ticket.
Schools and youth leagues
School trips and youth teams with a group ticket and one organiser per group.
Promotion nights
Fireworks, theme nights or kids’ days, each with its own price, its own allocation and a measured result.
Season tickets and mini-plans for every kind of fan
Not everyone can make sixty games. Between the single ticket and the full season ticket there is room for several plans, and each one is sold and renewed on the same platform.
1
Single game
Priced by opponent, weekday and that night’s promotion.
2
Mini-plan
A pack of games the fan picks, at a lower price per game than the box office.
3
Weekend plan
Every Friday, Saturday or Sunday of the season, always in the same seat.
4
Season ticket
Fixed seat, food and drink benefits, and online renewal with priority.
Suites and corporate hospitality are sold from their own inventory, while memberships, vouchers and benefits sit on the same fan record.
A game night, inning by inning
In baseball, food and beverage is a big share of every night’s revenue. Three hours of baseball are three hours of spending, and one POS for tickets, food and the team store means the cash balances at the end of the night.

Gates and the kids’ zone open
Readers validate tickets at the gate, offline too. Families who bought the pack go straight to the kids’ zone with their wristband.
First inning
The box office keeps selling
Late sales run through the box office, self-service kiosks and the phone, all from the same seat inventory.
Fourth inning
Orders from the seat
The fan scans the QR on the seat, pays on the phone and picks up without queuing. Each stand sees its orders and its stock live.
Seventh inning
The busiest moment of the night
Drinks, snacks and merchandise go through the same POS. When an item runs low at a stand, the system shows it before a queue forms.
Final out
Every till closes its shift
Tickets, food, packs and store sales are reconciled by till and by shift, with no spreadsheets to cross-check.

The game and series report
Attendance, revenue by source, spend per fan and the result of each promotion, per game and rolled up per series.
Reports per game and per series
In a season with many games, decisions are made from one series to the next. Bigger Picture dashboards show every game on its own and every series as a whole, with the same numbers for the club, the stadium operator and the concessionaire.
- Attendance and occupancy per game, per zone and per weekday.
- Revenue by source: tickets, food, packs, kids’ zone and store.
- The result of each promotion night against a comparable game.
- Progress on season ticket renewals and mini-plan sales.
- An open REST API and webhooks to connect partners and sponsors.
From Mexico to the Caribbean winter leagues
Mexico’s LMB has 20 teams, and its 2026 season opened on 16 April 2026. When the summer ends, winter leagues start in the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Mexico. These are seasons with many home games, a strong family crowd and food sales that matter every night.
Bigger Picture has an office in Mexico. A ballpark that plays a summer season and hosts winter baseball can run both seasons, plus concerts and events, on the same calendar and with the same reports.
